"If I’d only known then what I do now!"We’ve probably all uttered this statement at some point in our careers. So now you have a chance to help future communicators learn a little bit more! As the parent chapter of recently launched IABC/Texas A&M, members of IABC/Brazos Valley have the opportunity to share their energy, talent and knowledge about the field of communication. Here’s how:
Mentor Program
Through this program, you will be matched one-on-one with a member of IABC/Texas A&M. The goal is to provide students greater insight into the world of communication, while helping them get to know professionals in the Brazos Valley.
Speaking Opportunities
Whether you are an expert on a particular topic or field or just want to share your lessons learned, IABC/Texas A&M is continually looking for dynamic speakers who can expose them to new ideas.
Internship/Job Bank
Looking for someone to help you write press releases, edit stories or oversee special projects? Advertise your position to members of IABC/Texas A&M through the internship/job bank. For more information, contact: Pam Wiley, president-elect, at psw@tamu.edu.
