Local, major hospital seeks to fill two key professional communication executive roles
#1: A Hospital Marketing, Communication and Brand Executive
An Executive responsible for Marketing, Communication and Brand, reporting directly to the Texas CEO and also into the larger national system for a major regional hospital that is #1 in its market and is in growth mode, particularly challenging in light of the increased competition in the health care space. Armed with regional, state and national accolades for its six service lines, its trauma centers, its innovative services, and its benevolent focus on all populations, this hospital system carries the respect of generations of Texans.
This legacy Texas hospital system is committed to implementing strategies that will ensure it remains the dominant player in its ever-expanding community and is intent on finding a senior leader to serve as an energizing and highly competent driver for its growth plans. This executive will be a key player on the CEO’s leadership team and will need to be that rare mix of experience in multiple functions—an “all utility in-fielder and leader,” with 15+ years’ experience in multiple marketing, communication and brand arenas. Together with a team, s/he will be responsible for all aspects of marketing, communication and brand and will also serve as a high-profile “face to the community.” The hospital’s headquarters is located just outside a major Texas market in an extremely affordable and family-friendly city that is revered by many.
Senior marketing and communication colleagues with executive presence and some health care experience might benefit from such a role. The company is willing to relocate for the right candidate. And, the compensation package is compelling.
#2: A Hospital Internal Communication, Marketing, Events and Social Media Manager
A second Communication Manager position, focusing specifically on internal communication, marketing communication, community affairs/events, social media and some PR/media relations is also being sought by this client. The Manager role is ideal for someone who is 7-10 years into her/his career and who is looking to get real-world, immediate-impact experience in all areas of communication. Meaningful interaction with the executive leadership and with community influencers will also be an expected part of this leader’s responsibility.
Anyone who is interested in learning more about either of these roles is welcome to contact the hiring agency directly at email@example.com
